Meeting Announcement

Good afternoon, The next meeting of the ReCAST (Resiliency in Communities After Stress and Trauma) Coalition will be held in Room 801  from 1:30 – 3:30 pm  in Room 801 of City Hall (the Governmental Building).  The building is located at  222 St. Louis Street .  If you park in the East or West Parking Garage, you may validate your parking ticket on the 3 rd  floor in the Office of the Mayor-President. Correction: Our June meeting will feature presentations from Matthew Mullenix (MetroMorphosis) and Dr. Lisanne Brown  of Louisiana Public Health Institute.  You will also receive an update on the teen survey results. Caitlyn LaVine (Louisiana Department of Health & EBRACE) will present during July 2019. An agenda is forthcoming prior to this meeting. As a reminder, RCBR meetings are held the 3 rd  Thursday of each month.  In this instance, Dr. Plummer, I and several Coalition members will be out-of-state. We look forward to seeing each of you!   Grandparents Raising Grandchildren Information Center LaGRG is an organization dedicated to offering both information and support to grandparent and other kinship caregivers and their families. In monthly discussion sessions, grandparents and caregivers alike can share their experiences and advice.
