Soothing Saturday Event Registration


The Soothing Saturday event is still planned for Saturday.  The inclement weather will be behind us.

 

Set up Time for Exhibitors is 9:00 am – 10:30 am (Please plan to set up on the City Hall breezeway area.)

 

Event Program begins at 11:00 am – All persons appearing on program will receive a final agenda today. Promised on yesterday but City Hall offices were closed and final vetting is occurring now.

 

If you are interested in participating as an Exhibitor and have not submitted your event registration form, please do so today. The form is attached.

Good afternoon, The next meeting of the ReCAST (Resiliency in Communities After Stress and Trauma) Coalition will be held in Room 801  from 1:30 – 3:30 pm  in Room 801 of City Hall (the Governmental Building).  The building is located at  222 St. Louis Street .  If you park in the East or West Parking Garage, you may validate your parking ticket on the 3 rd  floor in the Office of the Mayor-President. Correction: Our June meeting will feature presentations from Matthew Mullenix (MetroMorphosis) and Dr. Lisanne Brown  of Louisiana Public Health Institute.  You will also receive an update on the teen survey results.
