To build a great community, Baton Rouge needs great ideas and great community leaders - People Like YOU! If you believe everyone deserves to live in a safe, hopeful neighborhood, desire to learn from national and local leaders, and if you want to make an impact in your neighborhood, apply to join the Community Change Agent Academy.

This academy is created to inspire and empower you with the necessary tools to effect the change that you want to see. You will learn about grant writing, project management, and how community development is, or isn't, getting done in our city.

Also, did we mention the academy is FREE and all neighborhoods that participate will receive a grant of up to $2500 to go toward a community development project of your choice.
