Deputy Tullier was one the brave officers who suffered in the 2016 ambush attack on local police that would become one of the contributing factors to the widely-experienced trauma of that year and led ultimately to the formation of our ReCAST BR Coalition. His passing today is mourned and will be remembered.    

We join Mayor-President Broome and all our fellow citizens in Baton Rouge in sadness for the loss of our friend and leader, Joyce M. Plummer, JD. Dr. Plummer's tireless and selfless dedication to her community can be emulated and admired but will never be replaced.
